ABC...IEP?

Hello again!

So, for one of my Master's classes, we are working on IEP's. The field of Deaf Education fall under the Special Education umbrella, and our students have IEP's. For this class, we are working on writing Present Level's of Performance (PLOPs) and yearly objectives.

I find myself struggling with this because I feel like there is SO much material to include into the IEP. Right now it is just an introduction, but when I am a teacher and writing these for REAL, I don't want to make mistakes! Anyway with exprience writing IEP's feel the same when they were just starting out? Did you receive training? If not, who did you go to for help?

While I am not getting my own classroom for another year or two, I feel like this is good information to know! Perhaps the stress of the semester has me overanalyzing this, but I would love to hear any feedback!
